Modern Slavery Statement

Our Commitment

All Services 4U is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. We recognise that modern slavery is a serious crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, including slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

Recruitment Policy

We operate robust recruitment procedures that include verification of identity, right to work documentation, and address checks. We only use reputable employment agencies that can demonstrate compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.

Whistleblowing Policy

We encourage all workers, including agency workers and those in our supply chain, to report any concerns related to our activities or supply chain. This includes any circumstances that may give rise to an enhanced risk of slavery or human trafficking. Our whistleblowing procedure is designed to make it easy for workers to make disclosures without fear of retaliation.

Supplier Code of Conduct

We expect all suppliers to operate in accordance with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which includes specific requirements relating to modern slavery, labour standards, and ethical business practices.

Equal Opportunities Policy

We are committed to providing equal opportunities and creating a working environment free from discrimination, harassment, and victimisation.

The majority of our supply chain is UK-based. Where products are manufactured overseas, we work with established UK distributors who have their own supply chain due diligence processes.

Higher Risk Areas

We have identified the following areas as potentially higher risk for modern slavery:

  • Agency labour and temporary workers
  • Cleaning and facilities services
  • Manufacturing of materials and products overseas
  • Subcontracted labour, particularly in construction-related trades
  • Transport and logistics

Due Diligence Processes

We undertake due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers and regularly review our existing suppliers. Our due diligence processes include:

  • Random audits of supplier documentation
  • Review of supplier Modern Slavery Statements

  • Site visits to key suppliers where appropriate

Agency Labour

Where we use agency workers, we:

  • Only use reputable agencies with established compliance procedures
  • Require agencies to confirm their compliance with the Modern Slavery Act
  • Verify that agencies conduct right to work checks
  • Monitor agency worker welfare and working conditions
  • Investigate any concerns raised by agency workers

Subcontractor Management

All subcontractors are required to:

  • Provide evidence of their own modern slavery policies (where applicable)
  • Confirm they do not use forced, bonded, or involuntary labour
  • Demonstrate fair payment practices
  • Agree to our Supplier Code of Conduct

Risk Assessment

We have assessed the risk of modern slavery occurring in our business and supply chain. Our assessment considers:

Higher Risk Areas
