CCTV MONITORING CONTRACT

CCTV servicing includes:

  • Monitoring history of CCTV system since previous maintenance service.
  • Visual inspection of all major CCTV components including cabling and connections for signs of deterioration (where accessible).
  • Checking all CCTV control equipment (monitors, VCR, DVR, Multiplexer etc)
  • Checking and cleaning cameras, lenses and housings as required.
  • Checking lenses for correct field of view and adjust accordingly
  • Checking pictures for correct field of views and adjust accordingly.
  • Checking and test remote signalling equipment (where fitted).
  • Checking recording and playback quality.
  • Checking quality of transmission of images to remote centre (where applicable).
  • Repairing minor faults where necessary (additional costs may apply).
  • Retraining the users on the use of the CCTV system (if required).
  • Logging all test results.
  • Returning the CCTV system to operational status.

EMERGENCY LIGHTING MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Emergency Lighting Maintenance Servicing Includes:

  • Visual check of the system.
  • Checking for damage to cabling.
  • Checking the condition of all emergency lights and their lamps.
  • Locating all key switches.
  • Operating all key switches to put lights into battery back-up mode.
  • Verifying all lights give sufficient light powered by their batteries for three hours.
  • Logging all test results.
  • Retraining users on the use of system (if required)
  • Reporting on faults and/or defects.
  • Works complete with certification.

  • Checking operations meet required standards.
  • Making adjustments as necessary.
  • Cleaning of control components.
  • Logging all test results.
  • Retraining users on the use of the system (if required).
  • Checking all locks and lock releases are working appropriately.
  • Checking all speech unit levels are correct.
  • Checking cameras and video monitors are operational and that images are clear.
  • Cleaning reading lenses and holders (biometric systems).

INTRUDER ALARM MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Alarm Maintenance Servicing Includes:

  • Checking history of alarm system since previous maintenance service.
  • Visual inspections of all major alarm components including cabling and connections (where accessible) for signs of deterioration or damage.
  • Checking mains power supply.
  • Checking battery power supply.
  • Checking and walk testing all detectors.
  • Checking satisfactory operation of manually operated devices e.g. panic button.
  • Checking and testing all audible warning devices, sirens and speakers
  • Checking and testing remote signalling equipment (where appropriate).
  • Making adjustments as necessary.
  • Repairing minor faults where necessary (additional costs may apply).
  • Retraining users on the use of the alarm system (if required).
  • Logging all test results.
  • Returning the alarm system to operational status.

NB: BISA standards require two visits per year as mandatory for police response.
